Refund and Returns Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase and satisfied with the cooling comfort our products provide. However, we understand that there are instances where a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive with unforeseen issues. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process for all.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, we ask that you adhere to the following conditions to help us maintain our standards of quality:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your fan.
  • Condition: The fan must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be clean, free of physical damage, and placed back in its original packaging.
  • Completeness: All accessories that were included in the box—such as charging cables, detachable bases, or lanyard attachments—must be returned along with the main fan unit.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or record of the transaction is required to process any return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

We strive for perfection, but we acknowledge that technical components like motors and batteries can occasionally face manufacturing challenges. If your fan arrives in a non-functional state—for example, if the motor fails to spin, the battery does not hold a charge, or the casing is cracked upon arrival—please contact us immediately.

In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. We may ask for a brief description or a photo of the issue to help our technical team improve future production batches of our fans.

The Return Process

To begin a return, please reach out to our customer support team. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind rather than a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

After the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This includes fans with missing parts, items not in their original condition, or fans returned more than 30 days after delivery for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

If you find that the specific model of fan you purchased—such as a handheld version—does not suit your needs and you would prefer a desktop model instead, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Depending on the price difference between the models, a balance payment or a partial refund may be required.

Non-Returnable Situations

There are a few instances where we cannot accept returns:

  1. Fans that show signs of misuse, such as water damage or internal tampering.
  2. Products that were purchased through unauthorized secondary markets.
  3. Items returned without their essential charging components.
